Welcome to Nexalearn. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2 Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

3 Teacher & Student Roles

The Platform supports two main roles. Teachers may create, publish, edit, and delete courses and lessons. Students may browse, enroll in, and complete courses. Each role comes with the responsibilities and permissions described elsewhere on the Platform, and we may change or restrict these permissions at our discretion to keep the Platform safe and reliable.

4 Course Content

Teachers are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content they upload, including lesson text, images, and linked videos. We do not guarantee that any course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Course content is provided "as is" for educational purposes.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.

6 Payments & Enrollment

Where a course requires payment, prices will be clearly shown before enrollment. Enrollment gives you access to the course content associated with your account. Refund and cancellation rules, where applicable, will be shown on the relevant course page at the time of purchase.

7 Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logo, and code are the property of Nexalearn and may not be copied or reused without permission. Teachers retain ownership of the course content they create, but grant Nexalearn a license to host, display, and deliver that content to enrolled students through the Platform.

8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in a way that could harm other users or the Platform itself. You may also stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexalearn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss of data, learning progress, or opportunities.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
